I found it hard to find cornstarch in the shops. I looked in supermarkets, in health stores, but none of them had it… I’ve heard Tesco has it occasionally. So without further ado, I ordered organic, gluten & yeast free, vegan friendly cornstarch online, through the Real Foods website.
I used raw organic coconut oil. I think the original recipe uses fractionated (liquid) coconut oil. That’s why my deodorant has a solid consistency, but I am sure it still works the same way. I love raw coconut oil, it has such a lovely flavour and creamy texture.
